rel=\"noopener\"><strong>filed a motion<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0July 19, seeking immediate injunctive relief in Alabama Federal District Court to stop the use of Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) COVID vaccines \u2014\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender\/autopsy-tim-zook-mrna-pfizer-vaccine-myocarditis\/\">Pfizer\/BioNTech<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender\/moderna-covid-vaccine-clinical-trials-pregnant-women\/\">Moderna<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender\/fda-warning-jj-vaccine-serious-rare-autoimmune-disorder\/\"><strong>Johnson &amp; Johnson<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(J&amp;J) \u2014 for three groups of Americans.<\/p><p>According to a\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/americasfrontlinedoctors.org\/press_releases\/aflds-files-lawsuit-seeking-immediate-injunctive-relief-revoking-the-emergency-use-of-covid-19-vaccines-based-on-disturbing-new-mortality-data\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a><\/strong>, AFLDS is asking to immediately stop administration of\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/drugs\/types-applications\/investigational-new-drug-ind-application#Introduction\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">experimental<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>COVID vaccines in anyone 18 and younger, all those who have recovered from COVID and acquired\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender\/millions-unvaccinated-risk-losing-civil-liberties-covid-vaccine-policy\/\">natural immunity<\/a>,<\/strong>\u00a0and every other American who has not received\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender\/covid-vaccines-administrators-must-inform-risks\/\">informed consent<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0as defined by federal law.<\/p><p>The\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/img1.wsimg.com\/blobby\/go\/3c6a0774-cfad-46fa-aa97-af5aa5e74f00\/M%20for%20PI%20file%20stamped.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">67-page motion<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0requests the judge issue a preliminary injunction pursuant to<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/uscode\/text\/21\/360bbb-3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0\u00a7 360bbb\u20133(b)(1)(C)<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0for the following reasons:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">There is no emergency, which is a prerequisite to issuing EUA and EUA renewals for COVID vaccines.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">There is \u201cno serious or life-threatening disease or condition.\u201d<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Vaccines do not diagnose, treat or prevent SARS-CoV-2 or COVID.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Known and potential risks of the vaccine outweigh their known and potential benefits.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">There are adequate, approved and available alternatives to vaccines.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Healthcare professionals and vaccine candidates are not adequately informed.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><blockquote><p>Speaking at the Re-awaken Tour event held July 17-18 in Anaheim, California,\u00a0<strong>Attorney Thomas Renz<\/strong>\u00a0[<a href=\"https:\/\/renz-law.com\/45k-whistleblower-suit\" target=\"_blank\"
