HSE Covid vaccine\u00a0 information<\/strong><\/a> (from thge HSE website dated December 17th<\/sup>) peddles two misleading<\/u> LIES that constitute malfeasance-in-public-office through lying to the public to promote the safety and efficacy of the vaccine when they say the following:<\/strong><\/p>

HSE Lie #1: \u201cResearch and testing is completed on a number of COVID-19 vaccines\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

The Truth refuting Lie #1:<\/strong> When the HSE posted the above information on December 17th<\/sup> the Moderna, Pfizer and Astra Zeneca vaccines were still under review by the EMA for \u201cconditional marketing authorisation\u201d only and not full regulatory approval. In the US such conditional approval to market a vaccine is conferred by the FDA and is known as \u201cemergency use approval (EUA)\u201d and it means exactly the same thing in both US and EU\u00a0 jurisdictions, i.e.<\/p>

The FDA defines <\/strong>emergency use approval (EUA)<\/strong><\/a> as follows:<\/strong><\/p>

\u201cAn Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) is a mechanism to facilitate the availability and use of medical countermeasures, including vaccines, during public health emergencies, such as the current COVID-19 pandemic. Under an EUA, FDA may allow the use of unapproved<\/em> medical products<\/strong> \u2026to treat, or prevent serious or life-threatening diseases when there are no approved, and available alternatives<\/strong>\u2026\u2026\u00a0FDA also expects manufacturers who receive an EUA to continue their clinical trials to obtain additional safety and effectiveness information and pursue licensure (approval).<\/strong><\/p>

i.e. research to confirm safety and efficacy has not<\/span> been completed <\/em><\/strong>and as mentioned earlier the process has also skipped animal trials and gone straight to humans. No long term studies to assess safety have been completed and adverse reactions such as anaphylaxis have been glossed over.<\/p>

HSE Lie #2: \u201cThese [ Covid-19 vaccines] are now in the final stages of licensing and approval in Europe\u201d. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>

The Truth refuting Lie #2: <\/strong>By December 21 Pfizer \/ Biontech vaccine was granted \u201cconditional marketing authorisation\u201d only and the others were still in review [evidence for this is bullet pointed below]. This statement is false because conditional marketing authorisation is not full regulatory approval.<\/p>
